    Payment

    Payment is made upfront for the cycle shown on the card and reconfirmed before renewal.

    Member exit

    No refund is issued when a member chooses to leave before the current cycle ends.

    Share terminated

    If the sharer ends the service for personal reasons, only fully completed months are charged and the remainder is refunded (e.g. 2 months and 10 days of use is charged as 2 months).

  4. 04

    Platform interruption

    If an official policy or service change makes sharing impossible, charges are based on actual days used and the remainder is refunded.
